ACCOUNTING CLERK |
Kelsy graduated from the University of British Columbia with a major in History and a minor in English. Since then, she has discovered a passion for accounting and is now pursuing a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma at Douglas College, with the goal of earning her CPA designation.
In her spare time, Kelsy enjoys being with her loved ones, especially her partner, stepson, and sisters. They love cozy movie nights, lively board games, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. On quieter days, she’s happiest curled up with a good book and her cat keeping her company.

ACCOUNTING & ADMIN MANAGER |
Manasi joined Benchmark as an Accounting Manager, bringing several years of international experience in financial reporting, taxation, and multi-entity accounting across Canada, the US, the UK, and India. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce, is a US CPA (California) and UK ATT, and is currently awaiting her Canadian CPA designation.
Outside of work, she enjoys dancing and spending time with her family — most often chasing after her energetic toddler.
Raman joined Benchmark in 2023 as a senior accountant. She obtained her CPA while working at a mid sized accounting firm.
During her free time Raman enjoys catching a Canucks game, working out, and spending time with her family and friends.
Genoa joined Benchmark in 2024. She assists the President in day to day tasks and assists in Property Management and Leasing. Genoa has a background working in Real Estate and Equestrian Event Management. Genoa enjoys spending her weekends with her husband, family and friends exploring the great outdoors or experimenting in the kitchen.

Sabrina has been the Accounting Assistant at Benchmark since 2019, assisting with billing, accounts receivable, and payables. She has over 20 years of experience in an accounting/office environment.
In Sabrina’s spare time she likes to watch movies and spend time with her nieces and nephews.

Sandra began her career with Benchmark in 1992 and has just recently celebrated 30 years with the company. She was hired as the Jr. Accountant and very quickly after that moved into the position of Property Management Accountant for which she is responsible for preparing and maintaining the yearly Operating Costs budgets for all our commercial buildings. She prides herself on her dedication, organizational skills, and keen eye for detail.
During her many years with the company, she has seen many changes and growth in Benchmark and has knowledge in all facets of the company. Sandra enjoys using her knowledge with assisting other members of our team and helping them gain valuable knowledge as they grow with the company.
When not working Sandra enjoys spending time with family and friends and most of all with her grandchildren. She loves going for walks and photographing wildlife. Another passion of Sandra’s is when she and her husband plan long road trips on their Harley Davidson motorcycles. They are getting close to retirement and have many more roads and highways to see in their future.

Hertha joined Benchmark in 2018. She went to UBC Sauder for Rental Property Management License, works as our Property Manager, and is broadening her role into Leasing.
Hertha has been married for over 30 years with 3 kids, 2 daughters-in-law and 2 grandkids. She loves spending time with her husband, her family, and her dog. She loves to travel and loves spending time outdoors hiking, walking, biking, or camping.

Leslie joined Benchmark in 2007 as a Leasing Agent after a few years of owning a retail sporting goods store from a startup. She has completed the UBC Sauder Real Estate License program, and loves building relationships with tenants and realtors and finding ways to “make the deal work.”
Leslie is happily married to the father of her fantastic married kids and is Oma to 3 energetic grandsons. She is always renovating something, loves her power tools, is active in her church, and can’t keep her nose out of politics.

Marni joined Benchmark in 2020, working as a designated professional accountant (CPA) focusing on Benchmark’s investment portfolio.
She grew up in Winnipeg and lived overseas for 8 years. Marni enjoys running and wine. But as a mother of two, can normally be found at a hockey rink or softball field watching her children.

Amanda started her accounting career at a Big Four accounting firm before transitioning into the real estate industry in 2013. She graduated with distinction from the Accounting Degree program at BCIT, and then enrolled in the CPA program and obtained her CPA, CGA accounting designation in 2014. Amanda joined Benchmark in 2021 and oversees all day-to-day operations of the company.
Amanda grew up on the North Shore and moved to Langley in 2017, where she currently lives with her husband and son. When not working, Amanda spends as much time with family as possible, and loves to host dinner parties with family and friends in their home.
Robert immigrated to Canada from the Netherlands in the 1960’s and now calls Langley home. He founded Benchmark in the 1970’s, has a passion for real estate and over the years he has become an expert in land development and industrial, commercial, and residential construction. He is a natural at strategically acquiring land and knowing when to build at the right time.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. Robert enjoys keeping active, and when the weather is nice you will find him cycling the many roads in Langley or working in his yard.
